If I were to account for every good things God has blessed me with, I would have to publish a book. Truly, Jesus said, "Ask and it shall be given to you..." (Luke 1:9). So I asked and He giveth! Although in ways beyond my expectation or timing.
I needed to further my studies without burdening my Mom who is the sole breadwinner of my family. Though impossible as it was, God provided me a place in University of Malaya. Studying there meant low cost while still maintaining a quality education. The campus is an excellent place for witnesing and sharing the Gospel. Not only that, God has blessed me with a commmitted Care Group in a faculty to care and share with. It was truly a prayer answered.
Ever since I decided to take t hat bold step in trusting Him, He has never failed. It was miracle after miracle I saw and experienced. No, God did not cause me to walk on the lake in U.M., but he gave me the strength and determination to survive in the jungle of computer knowledge that the lecturers fed me with. I knew that God's standard are high and I gave my best for Him. Exam time was teh time I prayed the hardest. I was anxious, He comforted me and kept reminding me that He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us (Eph. 3:20). And He did just that.
Now I am entering my Final year, the University decided to raise its fees after corporatisation to a drastic 500% increase. It was a heavy burden so I got down on my knees and literally prayed for 'diamonds' to fall from teh sky. Yes, the 'diamonds' did arrive - in the form of a University Loan. I was one of the few selected to receive it. Again, God is able. That was how He taught me to be still and know that He is God, that - What God expects, He enables....
