Puff Daddy and I thought it might be a good idea to come visit you for a while. Do you think we can come today? Now? We're already packed if that helps.

We wouldn't want you to think there's anything wrong. Oh my, no. Nothing. Nothing at all.

I mean, we're fairly certain the pizza episode is long forgotten. (Actually, we don't think Mom was ever really sure it was us. You see, the pizza was in the box on the desk. Puff Daddy pulled it off and we all ate it. Then we closed the cover and pushed it under the couch. She'd never have known it at ALL if we hadn't left the edge of the box sticking out.) Although, now that I think about it, she did step on a tomato we missed. I suppose that might have clued her off. Anyway, she couldn't prove it was us.

She's been putting her shoes up high these days, so we know that's not a problem.

And just because we tied up Mackie with the ribbon we were playing with--well, that won't matter, either. Mom will never know. Besides, it's just that ribbon she uses to wrap packages with. Gold. It blends in.
