Welcome

Scotts' Favorite Appetizers!

Fruit Dip

1 8-ounce package cream cheese
2 7-ounce jars of marshmallow cream

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add marshmallow cream and blend the mixture until smooth.

Especially good with cantalope, fresh pineapple,
strawberries, honeydew melon, and kiwi!

Deviled Eggs

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Hardboil 6 eggs (I have to cook a whole dozen for my crew!)
Halve the hardboiled eggs lengthwise;
remove yolks and mash with desired seasonings.
Refill eggwhites.

(These are MUCH easier to fill using a decorator bag
or a sandwich bag. Just cut a corner off the sandwich
bag, fill with mixture, zip lock the top, and squeeze the
filling into the egg white.)
