Welcome to Angel & Bear's R/C racing page!!! Just what is R/C racing you ask... Well some people think it's a bunch of adults who like to play with toys. (They are right)... LOL Actually R/C or "Radio Control" cars are highly sophisticated pieces of engineering which can, because of their small scale size, out perform any full sized vehicle made today. The world record 1/10 scale electric dragster was clocked at just over 105 MPH!!!! If it were full sized, it would be travelling over 1000 miles per hour..
There are many forms of R/C racing including; Off-road, On-road, Oval, Road race, Drag race and even 4 wheel drive pulling where the world record is a 1/10 scale truck that pulled 575 lbs, 30 feet in 1 minute... WOW.
The types of cars and trucks available are varied enough for even the wildest imaginations. We have found it to be a great way to meet some really nice people and the kids can get involved too making it a family activity I highly recommend... Check out the links at the bottom of the page... But be careful, you just might get hooked...Like us!!!

Having caught the SERIOUS R/C bug, Tony & Ruth now have a racing stable that includes a Team Losi XXTCR off road truck, a Team Associated RC10T off road truck, an RC10LSS on road racer, an RC10LS on road racer and the latest arrival, an RC10DS on road racer... There is also another project in the works... A custom made (By Tony) 1/4 scale rear engine dragster. I'll keep you posted as to how that project is coming along.

For all the ladies out there who are wondering, yes Ruth does compete in the racing. The RC10LSS and the XXTCR are her vehicles and she isn't afraid to get on the track and go up against the men... It's kinda funny when the guys get bent outta shape because they got beat by a woman. I just laugh and tell them that they got beat by "The Woman"...(Big Grin) I'm very proud of her for competing and always encourage the ladies to race... It certainly makes the track a more beautiful place (The most beautiful when Ruth is there)
