Lava Fudge
Yrbkmom's Lava Fudge -
2 squares of semi sweet choclate
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tblsp. corn syrup
2 tblsp butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Peanut Butter
Place sugar, milk, syrup, vanilla, and chocolate in
saucepan.
Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Continue stiring until temperature reaches between 200 and 220 on candy
thermeter.
Remove
from heat.
Remove
from heat and add the peanut butter and butter.
Pour into greased cooking tin, 8 inches in diameter round by
1 1/4 deep.
Let cool for about 1/2 hr befor placing in refrig. to cool.
Warning this fudge is gooy and messy. Just the way fudge should be!
