Recipe Corner-Cold Pasta Salad

1 Pound of rigatoni or any other macaroni
2 cups of brocolli tops
2 cups of caulifour
2 cups of canned or fresh carrots sliced
2 cups of canelli beans (red beans or any type)

After I cook all of the above I let it all cool and than toss it all together. I use frozen vegetables to make it faster and more simple. I than pour a cup of Honey Dijon salad dressing. I use the fat free. Chill for about an hour. Any kind of dressing can be used and lots of other vegetables can be put in. One of the reasons I enjoy making it is not only how easy it is but how I can vary what I put into it and I feel like I am getting a good meal when I am eating it.
