Creamy Quik Slush



1 can of Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Chocolate Milk Mix

In a small saucepan, combine evaporated milk and chocolate milk mix; cook, stirring, over medium heat just until dissolved. Pour into ice cube tray; freeze for 4 to 5 hours or until solid.


Let frozen cubes stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to soften. In food processor, chop cubes, scraping down side occasionally, until slushy and smooth. Spoon into chilled serving bowls or parfait glasses; serve immediately.

If you like a mocha flavor, add 1 1/2 tsp, instand coffee granules while heating the milk mixture.
