Preparation -- 20 min

Ingredients

1 cup Butter, slightly softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Extra Powdered sugar (for placing in bag)

Heat oven to 350ºF. Beat butter on medium speed in large mixer bowl until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low. Add flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, water and vanilla; beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cool.
