Howdy! This is the Homepage for The Texas Web Ring. Started November 7, 1996, to promote Texan or Texas oriented Websites and their authors.Texas Web ring homepages are all linked together in a circular fashion. From any Texas Web ring site one can click on a Next Site button to reach the next page in the ring. Continually doing so will eventually bring you back to where you started, after navigating the entire ring. One can also jump over the next site to the following page or get a list of the next five pages allowing one to continue in the ring when a page or system is unreachable. There are only a few simple requirements to join the Texas Webring:
First of all, you need to be either a resident or former resident of Texas (and I need to be able to pick that up from your page) or someone who just wants to dedicate a part of their site to Texas related material.
No adult content is allowed.
The ring fragment MUST be displayed on the same page that you submitted.
Please be careful when submitting your URL. I get so many requests and part of the URL is missing or mistyped. I don't have the time to try and fix all of them.
I reserve the right to NOT accept any site I feel is inappropriate.

After changing to RingSurf in November 2000, we now have 400 members
on the new ring and growing daily.
