Brown: Many of you who have attended the Marks Family Reunion overthe
years will remember my father, Dr. T. E. Rhine. Though he was notreally
a member of the Marks family, he was invited to early reunions ofthe

Virginia Marks Raines, oldest daughter of Jim Nick and Susan Morgan

the Marks family. He acquired for the Marks family the MarksCemetery and
some adjacent land in Cleveland County from his friends Mr. andMrs.
Oliver Anthony. This has been the site of the Marks reunion since1956..."
