p. 2; "IN MEMORIUM Paticia Wrenn Cramer Hudson, 56, wife of Robert
Carnahan Hudson of Virginia Beach, VA, died in her sleep on 14 Jan1993,
of cardiac arrest.
"Patricia was born on 20 Jan 1936, daughter of William A.W. and
Dorothy V. Shankle Cramer. Pat majored in music at Women;s College(now
University of North Carolina at Greensboro), graduating with a B.S.in
Music in 1957. She taught school in Greensboro, MC; Durham, MC; and
Birmingham, AL. She also played with the Greensboro SymphonyOrchestra,
Her principal instrument was the bassoon, although she wasaccomplished in
all reed instruments. Her musical and teaching careers were cutshort to
raise a family and by the disability resulting from multiplesclerosis.
"Although confined to a wheel chair for the last decade, shealways
maintained a positive outlook on life and brought joy to all whoknew her
Her last great adventure was a two and a half month motor and boattrip
to Alaska and Canada in 1990 with her husband and Farrar and WalterC.

Brian Hudson, who are buried in Bellwood Cemetery, Pine Bluff, AR.
Besides her husband, Ropbert, Patricia is survived by two sons,William
Marks Hudson of Virginia Beach and Walter Brian Hudson of Norfolk; a
daughter, Wendy Dorothy Wrenn Hudson of Richmond; and a grandson,Robert
Charles Hudson...
