1/2 C. Oil
1 Tbls. Honey Mustard
3 or 4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbls. Honey
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbls. Peppercorns (smashed a little)
~~Chop~~

2 Tbls. Thyme

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Other Ingrediants Needed
1 C. White Wine
1 Can Chicken broth
4 Tbls. Apricot Jam or Plumb Jam
In either a plastic container or plastic baggie, place 5 or 6 pork chops.
Pour the Marinate over them and place in the refrigerator, turn them several times.
(best if marinated all day).
Remove the pork chops from container/bag and dust them lightly in flour. Use the oil
marinate in the pan to brown the pork chops. Once they are browned nicely on both
sides, remove them to a dish and deglaze the pan with White Wine. Let that cook down a
few minutes then add chicken broth and jam. Let that cook a few minutes then add the
pork chops back into the pan and cook on 325 or 350 with the lid on.
Cook for 1 hour.
(use an electric frying pan, if you have one)
