1 can (10 0z.) refrigerated biscuits (hungry jack, grands, etc.)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 small onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (ex. oregano)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or a couple of cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
~ preheat oven to 400 degrees.
~ separate dough into ten biscuits, place two on center of stone/pan.
~ arrange the remaining biscuits, edges touching, around the center biscuits.
~ press out into a ten inch circle, to keep toppings from dripping through.
~ brush with olive oil.
~ coarsely chop peppers and onion and top crust with vegetables.
~ sprinkle with seasonings and top with cheese.
~ bake 12 - 15 mintues, till golden brown.
~ yields 4 to 6 servings
