1 egg, caudled
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 clove garlic (or 1 small clove)
1/2 cup olive oil
-combine all ingredients except oil in blender
-run blender, add oil slowly (quicker for thinner dressing)
-toss with romaine lettuce, bacon bits, croutons and grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
