My name is Joe, and my wife is named Helen. Until the end of last summer (2003), we lived in Kenai, Alaska which is on the Kenai Peninsula about 60 air miles (and 160 road miles) south of Anchorage for over 12 years. We have now retired and moved to Brookings, Oregon on the Pacific Coast just a few miles north of California. We have two grown sons, Mike and Steve.
Steve is married to Joanna, a most wonderful daughter-in-law, and they have been blessed with, and blessed us with three grandsons: Graham Patrick, Samuel Joseph and most recently (on January 8, 2003) Abram Lewis. Mike is married to Eileen, and again we are blessed with a most wonderful daughter-in-law!! On December 14, 2002 they blessed us with another grandson, Connor Michael. We are getting quite a few pictures of him, but hope not to overwhelm any viewers!
WE HAVE A NEW GRAND DAUGHTER! Jillian Kate was born on March 2, 2005. Mother [Eileen], daughter [Jillian], and Dad [Mike] are all doing fine. The first pictures are below on Jillian's own web page.

Jillian Kate is our newest grandchild, a grand daughter, born on March 2, 2005.
Abram

This is a page dedicated to Joe's interest in Genealogy. It contains some information on the families he is researching, and some favorite links for genealogy. It too, is not updated often enough, and some referral links may have been discontinued. A major emphasis on updating took place in March 2003 with limited additional updates and additions in . These pages will continue to grow as time permits; however, genealogy has been moved down in priority from all the grandchildren above.
