"A long time ago, I saw Don Francisco sing on a small stage, at the high school I graduated from. He made me feel like I was somebody--like I was worthy of God's Love, just by being me!
We had just lost our daughter and my spirit was almost dead. He made me live each day with the fervor of a newly converted person. I started singing his songs around the house, and my son learned them and sang with me. I have a reel-to-reel with him singing" Praise the Lord, hallalua , I really don't care what the "debil's" gonna do..." I am worthy, because I sing . I am worthy because I am."

"I have seen him in concert, once. We used to go to a retreat type thing down in Rosebud Arkansas at Complete in Christ Ministries, and one year they had him come and give a concert. That was one of the things that impressed me about him, that he would come to such a small group. There couldn't have been more than 350 people there and that was with the ministry opening it up for the local people who were not a the retreat to come. We were under a big tent set up on the property and my dh and I were like in the second row. And you are right he is very personable. He talked to us about were he was at with his record company and how they didn't understand or agree with the change of direction he felt in his musical style. It was very real. When I got saved the first Christian music I bought was Forgiven."

"I cannot remember how I was introduced to Don's music, but I think the 'Steeple Song' was the first that I heard, and I still use the words of the chorus when speaking to others. I have seen Don live in the UK on three occasions, and on each occasion we have started by being ' entertained' but by midway the whole audience has been worshipping with him. At one of these concerts my youngest (teens) daughter gave her heart to Jesus, and so his music will always be kinda special. We look forward to hearing him again"

"I have also attended a Don Francisco concert. The words he spoke and the songs he sang were so obviously meant just for the people at that concert. I found out afterwards from a magazine that he prays before each concert, no matter where it is, and asks the Holy Spirit what songs he is to sing and what that particular audience needs to hear from him.
I haven't ever been to a Christian concert before or since where the whole audience is up on its feet at the end with their arms raised worshiping the Lord Jesus."
