John Wheat served in the GA Troops,      Revolutionary War.  Continental flag covers his grave, while many others mark this historic burial site.

Dressed in Continental uniforms, members of the Sons of the American Revolution fold John's memorial flag, which was then presented to Mr. Horace Wheat, fifth generation descendant.  Mr. Paul Cartwright, MS President, SAR, and Mrs. Cindy Phillips, MS Regent, DAR proudly observe.
