SIS
by Angel Friend Kyle
Saturday Ramblins, Vol. 1, No. 1 (May 16, 1998)
I am 13 and my name is Kyle.
I wrote a poem about my sister who was named by myself and my brother, Brock (who is 10). In 1995 our nightmare began. My sister only lived 3 hours. She had anencephaly/spinabifida. We all had dreams of having a sister and my parents a daughter to complete our family.
We miss her so much. She is our angel. Because of her, we all have
learned how special life is. She lived 3 hours and taught us so much!!!
We dont take things for granted anymore We think of her everyday.
My mom has a web page in her dedication:

I also would like to share this poem with you
SIS
SIS the little girl in my heart.
I know we will never be apart.
There will always be place for you in my heart.
I never got to meet you.
Only GOD knows why.
I hope if I can go up to heaven,
I can ask him WHY.
I miss you everyday and night.
I wish you would be here with me today, SIS
to my sister, Michelle Kyle, age 13, Louisiana
