A Familar Friend

Vol. 2, No. 22 (November 6, 1999)
Blending with night shadows, walking moonlit paths,
Of a once shared molecular commonality;
Delighting in dimensions of earthly repast,
Manifested within realms of co-minded duality.
Footsteps imprinted, erode in geophysical time,
Rinsed away by sheets of crystalline, spectral rain,
Existing as ethereal memory written in depths of mind;
Remnants of your consciousness eternally remain.
Listening to the universe, I hear the magnetic resonance
Of your voice. Echoing amongst stars and spheres,
A symphony whispered on cosmic winds enhanced
By your essence; internalized within me. Forever near.
