AVOCADO DIP 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1/2 small carton sour cream 1 lg avocado, peeled and diced 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs milk 1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and diced salt and pepper to taste Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
