BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 4 pkg frozen broccoli spears 2 cups mayonnaise 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 4 eggs 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain, cool. Mix all ingredients but crackers. Put into cooking dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
