BROCCOLI CORNBREAD

2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread	
6 eggs
2 sticks butter or margarine	
1 c small curd cottage cheese
½ cup chopped onion	
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 box frozen broccoli spears, chopped

Preheat oven to 400º.  Mix cornbread, eggs, cottage cheese
and onions together.  Place margarine or butter and broccoli
in a bowl.  Microwave for 2 minutes.  Add to cornbread mixture
Pour ½ into greased 9x13 glass dish.  Sprinkle cheddar 
cheese on top.  Then pour other half of mixture on top of 
cheese.  Bake 30 minutes.
