CAVIAR DIP

½ cup whipping cream	
2 to 3 tbs caviar
1 to 2 tbs chopped onions	
hard boiled eggs
toast

Whip the cream.  Fold in caviar and onions.  Place in center of dish. 
Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs and small rounds of toast.
