CHEESEBURGER PIE

1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell	
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 lb extra lean ground beef	
½ cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper	
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 beef bouillon cube	
3 eggs; well beaten
2 tbs flour

Preheat oven to 450º.  Place unbaked pastry shell into a 9 inch pie pan
and prick the shell with a fork.  Place the pie shell in preheated oven
for 8 minutes to brown.  Set aside.  Reduce oven temperature to 350º. 
In large skillet, brown beef and drain fat.  Add tomato sauce, bell 
pepper, onion, and bouillon cube.  Stir until the bouillon cube dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in eggs, flour, and cheese.  When mixed, pour
into the baked pie shell and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
