CHEESY CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER 1 whole chicken breast 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can corn; drained (8¾ oz) In saucepan, combine chicken, onion, celery, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken and cut up; return to broth. Stir in rest of stuff. Cook, uncovered 10-20 minutes.
