FANTASTIC FOCACCIA BREAD

1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust	
2 cloves garlic; pressed
2 c shredded mozzarella; divided	
2/3 c Romano; grated and divided
2 tsp oregano	
2 firm plum tomatoes

Preheat oven to 375º.  Evenly roll dough out into a circle onto a pizza
stone.  Spread crushed garlic over crust.  Grate 1/2 of the Romano 
cheese over crust.  Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella and 1 tsp oregano 
over Romano.  Slice tomatoes thinly and layer in a single layer over 
cheese.  Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and oregano over tomatoes.  
Grate remaining Romano on top.  Bake 30-35 minutes.  Cut into squares 
and serve hot.
