MALLOW WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES

2 (23 oz) cans sweet potatoes, drained	
1/2 tsp salt	
6 tbs margarine, softened and divided	
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg	2 c miniature marshmallows
3 tbs firmly packed brown sugar	vegetable cooking spray

Combine sweet potatoes, 4 tbs margarine, salt and spices.  Beat until 
smooth.  Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows.  Spread in 10x6x2 inch 
(1½ quart) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray.  On top add 
remaining butter, brown sugar and marshmallows.  Bake at 350° for 
about 20 minutes.
