MOM’S BASIL POTATO SALAD

3 lbs red skinned potatoes

Cover with water and simmer until done - not OVER done.  
Refrigerate until cold, and cut into chunks.

½-¾ cup chopped onion	
equal parts of non-fat plain yogurt and light mayonnaise
chopped fresh basil (about 2-3 tbs or to taste)
1/4 tsp dill weed
salt and pepper to taste - may also need a smidge of sugar
