PARMESAN POTATO STICKS

2 lb Russet potatoes	
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs	
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese	
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Peel, cut and quarter potatoes.  Cut into strips.  Roll in butter 
then in mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder and 
pepper.  Place in single layer in shallow baking dish.  Bake at 400° 
for 30-45 minutes until potatoes are tender.
