POLISH MISTAKES

1 (12oz) hot sausage	
1 lb lean ground sirloin or chuck
1 lb Velveeta cheese	
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder	
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste	
2 to 3 pkgs party rye bread

Brown sausage and meat separately.  Drain each well.  Put meats together 
in large skillet and add oregano, garlic, Worcestershire and salt.  Cut
Velveeta into small pieces and put over meat to melt.  Spoon over party
bread.  Place on cookie sheets and freeze.  When frozen, place in freezer
bags.  To reheat, bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
