POTATO POTS 6 potatoes 2 c shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup butter 2 cups sour cream 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper Cook potatoes and mash (can be lumpy). In saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and butter, stirring occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes; mix. Spoon into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until heated through.
