SALMON BALL

1 16oz can red salmon	
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 tbs lemon juice	
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1/4 tsp salt	
2 tsp onions, grated
scan 1/4 tsp liquid smoke	
1 cup chopped pecans
crackers or party bread

Mix all ingredients, except pecans.  Cover and chill for a minimum of 
1 hour.  Shape into ball and roll in pecans.  Serve with crackers or
party bread.  YUMMY!
