SPICY GARLIC ORIENTAL MARINADE

This marinade combines garlic and oriental spices with just a bit 
of heat from cayenne pepper.  Marinate chicken wings in this, and 
watch them take off.

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar	
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c Asian or cold-pressed domestic peanut oil
6-7 garlic cloves, minced or pressed	
1 tbs ground cayenne pepper (I use 1/2 this - HOT!)
2 tsp ground ginger	
2 tbs dark brown sugar

Combine the vinegar and soy sauce in a nonreactive mixing bowl.  
Whisk in the oils, a little at a time.  Add the remaining ingredients 
and combine.  This marinade will keep in an airtight jar in the 
refrigerator for 1 week.
