SPINACH BALLS

2 pkg frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
6 eggs, beaten	
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 c Parmesan cheese, grated	
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing mix

Combine all ingredients.  Roll into balls and freeze on cookie sheets. 
When ready to bake, place frozen balls on cookie sheets and bake for 
10-15 minutes at 350°.
