Dear Christian Friend,

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution or famine, or nakedness or peril, or sword?"

Romans 8:35

Paul went on to say that nothing could separate us from Christ in verse 39.

In River Valley High School, there are not many students whose attitudes are considered bad and "cannot be helped anymore". However, this year I met a boy who despite repeatedly warnings, punishments and threats, kept refusing to change for a better.

That put me to my wits' end. I remembered God at that time. I saw an image of me in that boy regarding my walk with God. I know God wants me to lead a life that honors and pleases Him. More often than not, I disobeyed God and tested His patience. God has indeed been very patient with me and despite my wayward behavior and sins, He still loves and gently waits for me to change.

God's patience and love caused me to do the same for this boy. If God were to be so kind to me then I must do the same for this boy also. No, I'm not going to consider this boy as a "GONE CASE" … because God has never considered me one before.
