TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For sending messages you need to fill up a prescribed form that on submission come to us via e-mail. After receiving your message, Pakjournalist will display it on the board as early as possible. You will be entirely responsible for the contents of the message.

Furthermore, you will be entirely responsible for the authenticity of any and all information posted under your name at  the message board or any other pages of this web site. Pakjournalist encourage the free flow of ideas through its message board. Please do not post or otherwise transmit any contents that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, tortuous, vulgar, obscene, libelous, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, do not post any message or contents that infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. Pakjournalist also consider it as an offence to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Pakjournalist reserve the right to take an appropriate action on the violation of any of above mentioned rules. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for directory members at any time without prior notice. The changes and their effective date will be posted on our Web site.
