Terran HQ, Thendara

The center of Terran activity in Thendara, as well as on the entire planet of Darkover, is the Headquarters of the Terran Federation. The Legate has his offices here, as does the Planetary Administrator, Francis A. Barber. Security prohibits extensive touring of the building, but on occasion, visitors can see the general offices on the main floor.
