I come from a long line of Beans, including JoJo Bean, Lori Bean, and Aparna
Bean.
I was born on Saturday, June 28, 1975 here in good-old New York. I
absolutely LOVE to sing (as a soloist and in a chorus) and I enjoy
playing the piano, and music in general. I was a member of school
choruses for much of my life, and have been fortunate enough to take private voice lessons with a wonderful teacher.

I graduated from
Binghamton University with a BA in Music and Mathematical Sciences in May 1997.
I am a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key National Honor Society.
For the past few years I have been working in IT (Information Technology). I've done everything from telecommunications to television to travel. I love to program, especially web applications.
Besides computers and music, my interests include the Yankees (Gotta Love 'Em!), math (particularly arithmetic and using formulas), my religion, Star Trek (my favorite being The Next Generation), the Space Race (especially the Apollo missions), and the movements and events which have shaped the 20th century (particularly the 60's and early 70's).
I try to stick to my guiding principle, to be happy. I think happiness
is the key to life. I try to remember what's really important, and keep an
optimistic outlook.
