[my great-grandmother] was born in Kiev, Russia on March 6, 1888
or 1890. She married Haskel BERLYAND
in Russia. They had one child, Louis, on November 5, 1909,
before fleeing Russia for Canada in 1913. Once in the United
States in 1914, they had a second child, Nathan, in 1914. By
1920, her name was changed to Sarah BERLIN.
HOROWITZ: Bessie Horowitz
[my great-great-grandmother] married Israel Siegel in Russia,
sometime in the mid-late 1800's. They had at least one child,
Sophie Siegel, born in Russia, March 1874. Sophie immigrated to
the United States in 1891. She married Samuel
KRISSNAW during the latter-half
of 1895 or the earlier-half of 1896.
REEDNICK: Leon Reednick married Sylvia
ZIEFFERT, daughter of Adolph Zieffert and
Dorothy KRASNEY.
ROSE: Samuel Rose was born on March 15,
1889 and married Carrie Weiner, daughter of Abraham and Annie
WEINER [my great-great-grandparents].
Samuel Rose died on May 7, 1981.
SAGER: Delia or Dinya Sager
[my great-grandmother] was born in either Russia or Poland in
1877. She married Arron GORODETSKY in
1895 in Russia. They had four sons, before coming to the
United States in 1906.
SALOMICH: Or possibly TALOMICH. A
one-time entry in the 1910 U.S. Census, state of Pennsylvania,
city of Philadelphia, living at 1026 S. Leithgow Street as of
April 23, 1910. Mike Salomich is listed as a brother-in-law to
Arron GORODETSKY and his wife, Delia
(nee Sager). Mike Salomich is Russian born, 32-years old,
married, and he is a house carpenter. He immigrated in 1907
and listed as being able to neither read nor write.

Israel Siegel [my great-great-grandfather] married Bessie
Horowitz in Russia, sometime in the mid-late 1800's. They had
at least one child, Sophie Siegel, born in Russia, March 1874.

1874. Sophie immigrated to the United States in 1891. She
married Samuel KRISSNAW during the
latter-half of 1895 or the earlier-half of 1896.
SWOTES: Edward Swotes married Gertrude
Weiner (born June 19, 1897), daughter of Abraham and Annie
WEINER [my great-great-grandparents].
They had at least one son, Alan.
TALOMICH: Or possibly SALOMICH. A

YANKELEVNA: Surka Yankelevna
[my great-great-grandmother] was born during the latter-half of
1832 or the earlier-half of 1833. Surka married Jankel
Itzek-BIRSCHMIT in Russia during the
latter-half of the 1800's.
ZIEFFERT:
Adolph Zieffert was born on November 20, 1892. He married
Dorothy Krasney (born January 1897), daughter of Samuel and Sophie
KRISSNAW or
KRASNEY [my great-grandparents]. They had three children:
Sylvia, Bernice, and Bud (not his given name). Adolph Zieffert
died in April 1971.
