his wife; John Dugger, Jr and Frances his wife of county of Brunswick

and William Ruffin and Margaret his wife of County aforesaid of the one part

and Charles Lucas of the County of Brunswick of the other part...for and in

consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty three pounds twelve

shillings...do hereby bargain sell alien, etc. to said Charles Lucas...3

different parcels of land (as hereafter expressed) all in one tract containing

two hundred & 72 acres of land lying and being in County of Brunswick.
