Plat: Surveyed for Francis Guthrey 132 acres on So. side Allison Creek, joining John Henry and John Buchannons lands....Dec. 26th 1767, Peter Johnston (surv) Wm. & Alexr Stevenson, CB Grant issued 4 May 1769

A draught of a Tract of Land containing 184 acres the allowance of 6 per cent surveyed the 9th of the 4th month 1754 for Francis Guthry (or Gutrah) including about 100 acres of a survey formerly made by Samuel Lightfoot for one Samuel Stuart by warrant of the 8th of August 1738 which was purchased by said Guthery who also obtained a warrant for additions in pursuance whereof this tract was surveyed and this return of the whole is exhibited. Note: Andrew Little purchased the remaining part of the said Samuel Stuarts survey which is included in his return.
