North 33 1/2 East 28 poles to a small pin?? cem?? to Walter? line? south 42 3/4 East 58 2/10 poles to a swet gum --- ---? south 58 wets? 30 pols to a white oake come then a direct??? to the beginning to have and to hold the same to the said Leaner J. Harmer? her heirs and assigns for ever to convet with the said Leaner J. We B. L. MARSHALL Joseph MATHEWS and George TROBAUGH heirs this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convay to Henry REDMAN his heirs forever for a consideration of fifteen dollars ? me paid a certain tract or lot of land in the State of Tennessee County Greene Dist No. 6 adjoining the lands of Henry REDMAN and L. M. HAUN?? and bounded as follows Beginning on a white oak in the said HAUNS?? line and running East with said line 19 Poles to two small Hickery's thence N. 12 7/10 Poles to a stake thence W. 19 Poles to a small Dogwood thence S 12 7/10 Poles to the beginning containing one and one half acre we do covenant with the said Henry REDMAN his heirs and assigns forever that we are [unreadable ------] good right to convey and bind our selves our heirs and representatives to -------? and forever defend the title to said land and every part thereof to the said Henry Redman ----- heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whatever.
