Vegetables are round: Cabbage, Pumpkin, Squash, Cauliflower, Parsnips, Brussels Sprouts, Spring Beans, Green Peas, Snow Peas, Broccoli, Collorabi - all holy and very healing.

Very minute amounts of Mustard or Horse Radish. No scallion or leeks but watercress. Use things of your climate. Be careful to use in safe quantities, too much can overtax the body - In homeopathy a small amount is used to stimulate organs. In pure state we're supposed to eat less and less. The food should stimulate the natural flow of energy from our chakras of Alpha and Omega to nourish those organs. Food in itself alone is not what causes us to be lightbearers, it stimulates so the descending energy can sustain the organs. Food should be chewed at least 25 times per mouthful. Yogis know the movement of the jaw stimulates the raising of the kundalini fire. The chewing process is also stimulating the production of saliva which is alkaline, mixing the saliva with food gives the balance for digestion. Adzuki beans, for example, must be chewed one hundred times. Brown rice 50 times. It is a wonderful meditation on the absorption of the consciousness of God. When we do not absorb our food we do not absorb the vital nutrients - the consciousness of angels and elementals in it. In America(the intended Guru nation) we're accustomed to seeing a rebellion against the Christ - most apparent in the false hierarchy religions of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. True religions with false hierarchy behind orthodox versions. True teaching's fire is not desired by the leaders as it would give the followers their independence from their leaders. Just like with white bread the nutrients have been stripped. False hierarchy versions of the seven rays are in use. With refined food you have the breaking down of the components of our reality. When you know what you're eating and what it is doing and how it relates to the organs, e.g. Taste foods(Burdock root & toasted seeds) + grain(corn) + vegetables(leaves in large expanding growth -Collard, Bokchoi, etc.) - all fire foods affecting the heart and small intestine. Meditation on building inner line in heart area and small intestine - sending energy consciously to that area. Heart at heart chakra, small intestine approx. at solar plexus. Violet flame allows the chakra to release the energy into organs whereby they have the health and strength to derive the nutrients from the food.

Organs have become lazy through processed food and not chewing. Best way to heal them is to liquefy our food in our mouths by chewing. Saliva one of most sacred parts of body. Jesus healed with it. With this substance you are sending healing to those organs. Holiness of food makes one feel back in Eden, it is like manna/ angel food. Try to eat alone so you don't have to think and talk in place of belly to digest, thereby assimilation is higher. We enter nature and lower forms of life are raised, prepares them with consciousness of Christ for day they're endowed with threefold flame. Always eat with great giving of your life and receiving and assimilation. If you eat this way you'll find great peace coming upon our community. We are often very hungry, desires are active. People tend to look at food and criticize it for its sameness or this or that. It is very important at meals for us to be grateful for it and the gift of life in it and us and contemplate what a miracle it is that food is before us and how many hands and elementals and angels and planetary evolution had to be gone through to produce food that is precisely suited for the body we are wearing. Peace is very important for the healing of the body. We don't have to be totally silent. There are times between mouthfuls that were talking about things. It is a communion of hearts that can very profound if not covered over by loudness or complaining or bringing of problems to table that makes it very hard to digest food. We used to request people to bring precious gleanings from Pearls of Wisdom to table so a little talking can have people focus on the marvels of statements and the joy of dispensations. Politeness is to prepare topics that will have beneficial effects on people at table and will draw everybody into that experience. Eating has always been a social experience. The way to commune is in the Teaching. Often you remind of important teachings. It is a responsibility to contribute. You initiate a love spiral in the time between chewing. It is extremely impolite to pile up your plate to prevent not getting seconds. That causes digging into food. We need food that is good to look at. When you have too much food you're body elemental is already getting indigestion - it has a childlike heart. If you're taking something new, take only a small amount. Never throw anything away, at the community you're fined a dollar if you do. Liquefied food is absorbed immediately by the body, solid food creates problems in the bowels. Good rest comes from slightly yin/sweet food, e.g. above or squash. This drink is very calming and soothing. You can have it very warm, remember to chew. It is very good because it warms you up, and the bed. Applejuice is also very good but always warm up. If you feel tired when you get up you had too much sugar previous night. Kidneys, Bladder - Water taste: Salty Misho, Umeboshi plums, Shio kombu, Tamari soy sauce. Wakame powder. Too much salt highly destructive. Without salt body is out of balance. Cook veg. with a little salt so it doesn't remove minerals from the vegs.

Tree: Liver and Gallbladder Trees always a marvel in its defiance of gravity. Taste: Sour - Brown Rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, shizo leaves, sourdough bread, sour plums, Umeboshi plums and most veg. pickles(Good to eat in measured balance to assist assimilation of your meal.) Grains: Oats, Wheat, Barley - great healing for these organs. Vegetables: Upward growing - leeks, scallions, chives, sprouts, Bokchoi, Endive - cut out mostly first three(more sensitive people cut out onion family - one symptom is heartburn). When these foods are properly prepared they have more healing power than any medicine or heroic measures like fasting. It is almost impossible to believe these foods in the right proportion and balance will heal you. When you discover your constitution and condition you concentrate on the foods for things you have most problems with. Important to identify weak organs and neg. personality traits.

Advantages of various types of food:

Whole grains: -Strengthen heart and circulatory system when chewed well -Protects against high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, cardiovascular disorders -Lowers cholesterol level -Eliminates fat and mucus - losing weight and regaining flexibility -Prevent and relieve diabetes, arthritis, asthma, Parkinson, chronic skin disorders, various mental and psychological disorders -Detoxifies from radiation, chemicals and drugs. -Better natural immunity to infections and disease. -Better hormonal functions. -Improve mental clarity, psychological stability, peacefulness in relations -Strengthens physical and mental endurance.

Mochi (pounded sweet rice) Pounding puts spiritual fire into food. -Useful for people who do physical labor, excellent energy source -Stimulates formation of breast milk, strengthens nursing mothers -Strengthens muscles of bladder. Mochi or Amasake gives mother's love and transmutes lack thereof in childhood. Give abused organs soft food for comfort and hope, nurture it back to its highest manifestation. Vegetables contribute to smooth, digestive, circulatory and nervous system functions when chewed well. In Macrobiotic system vegetables always cooked - it begins the digestion process. Veg. can be ruined by overcooking or not understanding the right amount of salt.

Root veg. gives very stabilizing energy, contributes to physical vitality and endurance, focuses the thinking and strengthens the will. Esp. good for intestines, heart, circulatory system and lungs. Green leafy vegetables calm the mind, stimulate mental and psychological processes and lead to peace and tranquility. Esp. strengthening for liver and gallbladder and in some cases kidneys, urinary -, reproductive organs, lungs. Carrots alleviate eye and liver conditions, improve anemia helpful for tight kidneys. Burdock Root: Provides strength & vitality, improves sexual function, promotes urination. Daikon Radish (long white) helps eliminate water and animal fat. Helps to digest esp. oily foods. Helps to detoxify animal proteins and fats. Cabbage good for stomach and spleen. Broccoli and Cauliflower very good for lungs. Winter squashes and pumpkin excellent for pancreas, don't overload with sugar. Dandelion gives vitality, makes stomach and intestines very strong. Lotus root assists in discharging mucus in sinuses and lungs. Very nice tea. Alleviates coughing and asthma. Very beneficial to lungs and large intestine. Miso soup contains all essential amino acids. Helps stimulate secretion of digestive fluid. Helps digest and assimilate other foods in intestines. Good veg. source of B12. Strengthens quality of blood and lymph. Detoxifies from excessive animal food, sugar and other substances; also form nuclear radioactivity, industrial pollution and artificial chemicals. Regularly start with miso - soup for breakfast to which you can add green leafy veg and/or carrots. Accompany with rice-oat cereal, as much as you like of both.

Bancha/ "Kukicha" tea is the standard tea - small twigs you boil 1-3 min. Use up to 3 times. High in Calcium,Iron,complex carbohydrates,Vit A,B1,B2,B3,C. Helps to decompose and digest whole grains, vegetable greens and sea veg. slightly alkaline. Beneficial effect on digestion,blood quality and mind. Getting on this diet you may have periods of fatigue as poisons are being flushed out. This can be minimized through adding mud or clay from health stores to the tea, e.g. Bentonite, Asamite. 1-3 level teaspoons per cup of Bancha tea. Don't be so extreme on this diet so you put yourself to bed. If it happens and you're not really ill you're going too fast with this diet.
