My Personal Relationship with the Ascended Master ____________________
You can also use this with a Lady Master that you choose as your personal Mother figure.

WORK WITH THE MASTER DAILY:
__Talk to him during your daily activities.
__"Master __________, help me cook this. Please remind me when the food is
done."
__"Master __________, please show me how to do this."
__"Master __________, please help this person..."
__"Master __________, please help me with my schoolwork."
__Before you go to bed, tell him about your day.
__Talk to him see what changes come.
PRAYING AND DECREEING TO THE MASTER:
__Get statues and pictures of him.
__Make an altar for him.
__Look at his picture while you pray to him.
__Do his decrees.
__Figure out what his main areas of world concern are and make calls to him
and his angels to give them authority to enter in.
__Ask him to help you love yourself and have a good image of yourself.
__Ask him every morning to be with you in all you do that day.
__Ask him to help your friends be more noble, happy, helpful and find
constructive things to do.
__Play the musical keynote of the Master often. Sing songs to him.
VISUALIZATION:
__Make treasure maps of you and him in action. Put it next to your bed.
Look at it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Go over
every detail in your mind. Add to it.
__Visualize him before you, beside you and all around you. You need to
have an image of your Master and practice seeing it in great detail.
__Visualize him doing things with you, including sports, schoolwork,
eating meals with you. Set a chair out for him at the dinner table.
Visualize him next to you when you are talking to people etc... Remind
yourself to visualize your Master Friend over you at school, when you're
playing and anytime you are having problems with other kids. Be careful to
listen when he sends you thoughts which you receive through your intuition.
__Visualize yourself entering his heart.
__Draw pictures of him.
__Draw pictures of him and you in action..
STUDY:
__Read his Pearls and listen to dictations and recite them out loud. Make
affirmations from them.
__Make a list of questions for him and write down the answers as they come
to you.
__Teach others about him.
__Read a quote from this Master and write how you feel when you read it or
what you think about it.
__What does it make you want to do? What can you do in response to this
message?
__Write about this Master's personality.
WRITING:
__Keep a journal which includes your experiences with him.
__Write letters to him when you need things, to help your parents,
friends, teachers...
__Read a message from this Master nightly.
__Put out notes to remind you to think, pray and visualize Him.
When you do things for the Master then the Master does things for you. The more you help him the more you get back.
Chose situations in which the Master found himself in a past embodiment and write about how you would have acted or how you think you would like to react.
Think of one key scene that runs throughout this Master's lives. How does this show itself in the Master's previous lives? Example: El Morya's believed in the will of God and followed it even to his death in more than one embodiment.
It doesn't take a lot. All you need is desire and ingenuity. When you do
things for the Master then the Master does things for you. The more you
help him the more you get back.
