Taz's Pedigree
Taz was our first American Bulldog. He was also the first AB to earn the ABA (American Bulldog Association) Catch Dog title back in like 1998.
We have based a large part of our breeding program around Taz.
Weather you are looking for a good solid catchdog or a new family companion, Taz has sired everything from working catchdogs, to weightpull titled dogs, even a Therapy Dog (in training).
We started out with Taz being 
nothing more than the family pet. A job that he did very well.
However, as time went by, and I learned more about the breed, I realized the potential he had, a potential that I was not taking advantage of. Soon, I started meeting people in my area that hog hunted. I wanted to give Taz the chance to do what he was actually
bred to do.
Soon Taz was working. It was easy to see that he took after his sire 
Sid Vicious. I started him out catching small hogs in a pen. I think this time is very important, as it builds the dogs confidence.
As time when by, Taz's appetite for hog, as well as his reputation for being a solid catchdog, grew.
It is nice to know that a dog can go from catching hogs like this
to relaxing with your kids like this 
in a matter of just a few hours.
Taz is our foundation stud, and to date has consistantly produced dogs even better than himself. Personally I feel this is the sign of a worthy stud.
I have very high hopes for some of his offspring. The most visiable of these offspring, I think will be Atom Bomb of Log Cabin.
Atom is currently being trained for Sport Protection work.
Everyone has a dog at one time or another in their life that is special to them above and beyond all others. In this house, Taz is that dog.
Since Taz has many more good years in him, this page will never be complete. From time to time I will add pics, and/or stories of events in Taz's life that I think are worth sharing with others.
