Barbour Collection of Connecticut Vital Records

The Barbour Collection is named for Lucius Barnes Barbour, Connecticut State Examiner of Public Records from 1911 to 1934.  Under his direction the vital records from most of the Connecticut towns were transcribed and these transcriptions were presented to the Connecticut State Library in Hartford.  In the spring of 1997 I visited the library and, from the bound town volumes, I copied all of the Weed entries.  You may find these below by clicking the particular town that you are interested in.  Good luck!
