Jacob Fellows of Russell, Mass., married about 1799, Abigail Sizer (born June 27, 1778, died Oct. 6,
1864). After his death his widow married John Chapman. She moved to New York, but do not know
whether before or after her second marriage. After the death of John Chapman she moved to near
Madison, Wis., to live with her daughter Sarah. Jacob Fellow’s children were: William Linus, Mary,
Sarah Sizer and Joel S.
William Linus Fellows (born March 16, 1800, died 186_); married in Frankfort, Herkimer County, New
York, about 1823, Elizabeth Daugherty. He had children: William, Zechariah, Nelson, Joel, Elizabeth,
Sarah and Charles. Charles Fellows married and had children, Sarah, who married ____ Church, and
Elizabeth, who married ___ Brockport (or Brockman) and resides in New York.
Mary Fellows (born Feb. 2, 1802, died Nov. 19, 1829), married Gould Sillaman, nephew of Professor
Gould Sillaman, the geologist. Her only child was still-born, Oct. 28, 1829.
Sarah Sizer Fellows (born near Salem, Mass., Nov. 22, 1804, died Aug.27, 1899), married Nathaniel
Kellogg (born Aug. 23, 1797, died Oct. 26, 1884) on May 22, 1827. They lived many years at Madison
Wis. They had children: Mary Abigail, Edwin Main, Almira Maria, Augustus Hurlburt, Lucy Elvira,
Charles Henry, Jennie Amelia, George Douglas, Ella Elizabeth, Emma Adelaide, and Ruth Emeline.
Joel S. Fellows (born Jan. 25, 1807), lived in New York and had a son Judson. He was a physician.
I have a considerable amount of information concerning the descendants of Jacob Fellows, but
nothing concerning his antecedents.
#2500. Fellows. Is the following family any relation to the Fellows family of which a brief account is
given over the initials M. A. G. V. on Jan. 22, 1912? If not, can anybody give me any information about
them:
