1 EASTHAM, James, Sr., Born ? 1763? in Virginia, 1815 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky at age 52; His will was probated 2/26/1816. The executors were James Eastham and his wife. Witnesses were Wm.Zachary, & Micaja Faris.
SP ZACHARY, Sarah, Born ? 1762? in Madison Co., Virginia,Married ? 1780 in Culpeper, Virginia for 35 years, 1835 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky at age 73; It seems that for her first child to be born when she was 42 years old that her birth date given her by William Surber Wilson seems a little early. I would guess that she was born in 1760 instead. The IGI records list Sarah Zachary as marrying twice. Perhaps the Eastham marriage was her second marriage or there are two Sarah Zacharys in Virginia then. The IGI records her birthdate as the same 1740.

SP DENHAM, Polly Mary, Born ? 1786 in Madison Co., Kentucky, Married 6 Oct 1801 in Pulaski Co., KY for 68 years, Died ? in Pulaski Co., KY?; ICI records list this Mary Polly Denham as being born in Madison Co., KY but Betty Dickerson, Rt 2 Box 292, Greenfield, MO 65661 records her as being born in North Carolina.

. . 3 EASTHAM, Charles Pinkham, Born 24 Jun 1807 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky, Died 11 Sep 1887 at age 80; 1850 Census lists him at 44 years making birth year 1806. Betty Dickerson records him as being born in 1810. This makes more sense as the family probably made the migration to KY between the second and third child's birth.
SP BARROW, Mary (Polly), Born 16 Feb 1810 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky, Married 11 Nov 1828 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky for 58 years, Died 7 Aug 1888 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky at age 78; Marriage certificate is signed by William Barrow on 11/10/1828 and attested by Samuel Barrow. IGI records list Mary Barrow as having Susan P. Miskell for a mother.

SP RAINWATER, Emily, Born 17 May 1827 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky, Married 17 Jul 1877 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky?, ; Betty Dickerson says that the Emily Eastham that Zachariah married for his second wife was POSSIBLY the widow of his brother Alexander Eastham. Alexander does not appear in the 1860 census. Emily was the d/o Bartholomew (b.1/20/1804,d.6/28/1889) & Nancy (McLaughlin)(b.8/2/1807,d.1/20/1883) Rainwater. Her siblings were Anne, Daniel, Samantha, Sally, Susannah, Miles, Polly, Ciota(Elder), Sarelda(Chumbley), & Josiah.--(Robert B. Schimmel, Rt.3 Box 155, Waynesboro, TN 38485, 4/22/96).

Illinois in 1857 together with other families from Pulaski Co. - namely, Denham, Coomer and Davenport. They apparently combined farming and mining. East of Roodhouse, Ill. (Greene County) they mined both clay and coal.--(Edward E. Martin, 12/14/1991.)
SP ELLIOTT, Greenbery, Born ? 1823, Married 8 Apr 1845 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky,; The 1850 census lists him as Green Elliott (27) and wife Pamelia (17) with daughter Mary F. (6 months) all born in Ky. On either side of them in the census are Denham families.--(Census, p.154.) Ed Martin believes his parents were Heyden Elliot and Catherine Black. (12/26/91)
