Charles E. Crowers, III passed away on Thursday, June 19 at 10:40 A.M. We will miss him but we know he is in a better place and he is no longer suffering. Please read the tribute spoken by his son Buddy at his funeral. Click the word Tribute

This page is dedicated to my father Charles E. Crowers Jr. who died February 23, 1998. I love you Dad. This page is also dedicated to the March family and to Audrey Simonsen. They have been the pioneers in preserving and researching the Crowers family history.

Check it out! The names of the soldiers in the 4th Pennsylvania Volunteers! Click on Civil War Records.

When I was only one year old I went to my first Family Reunion. There was another reunion almost every 4 years until I graduated high school. I have such wonderful memories of growing up with such a fun loving and extended family that it's no wonder that I became interested in Genealogy. You can check out that first reunion by clicking the link on the right. My current interest at the moment is in the civil war history of our ancestors John George Crowers and his brother/cousin?, Robert. It is my plan to list the names of the soldiers in their companies on my web page. If you have anything to share or suggestions drop me a line, my e-mail address is above.

Thanks,

Sue Ellen
