MISSION STATEMENT
The Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association recruits and retains quality foster and adoptive families by promoting support, training and public awareness in conjunction with other public and private organizations. The Iowa Foster and Adoptive Association advocates for foster and adopted children of Iowa.

vision is to provide leadership in Iowa to
insure that every child has a secure, loving and stable family.
